AliExpress PACKAGE: HOME or POST OFFICE

Where can I get my AliExpress Package?

You have asked us more than once whether AliExpress orders arrive at your home or the post office (or your country’s courier). As far as we know, AliExpress orders arrive at your home in every country in the world (including Canada, Australia, EE.UU, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia …), unless you ask for them at a collection point.

Specifically, your order will arrive at the address that you have configured as the “shipping address” in your AliExpress account and that you can check it. Of course: remember that if the courier cannot find anyone at this address during the two delivery attempts, you will have to pick them up at the office of the courier you have chosen for your shipment.

But we will explain this a little more below. Now we are going to show you how to configure your delivery address from the website and application. Remember, you can go directly to “My Shipping Address“.

Via the AliExpress app

After you have logged in, go to “My Account” (bottom right) and scroll all the way down. There you will see “Delivery address“, if you click on it, the option “Add new address” appears and you just have to fill in all the fields. It is important that you also add your mobile phone in case the courier company needs to contact you at any time.

How to save multiple addresses in the app

You can also save multiple addresses (e.g. your home and work), but keep in mind that there can only be one by default. If you have saved several addresses, the default address you saved appears first, ie if you make a purchase and do not touch the “Address” field, the order will be sent there.

To change the default address to another address you have saved, click on “Set as specified”. If in doubt, check the delivery address you have stored as standard before you pay for an order. It is useful to eliminate the addresses that you will no longer use to avoid confusion.

If not, the mechanics are the same: after logging in, enter “My Account” (top right) and click on “My Orders”. Under “My Orders” you will see a list with several options on the left.

If you have saved an address and want to change it to another, enter “change” (in the field of the address you want to change to) and select the “save as default” check box.

Another question that you often ask us is “Where do I pick up my package if it hasn’t been delivered to my delivery address?”. First of all, you need to know that if you are looking for low cost shipping (e.g. he couldn’t deliver the package to you. For normal shipments, the postman will leave the package (if possible) directly in the mailbox, otherwise he will also leave you a notification so that you can pick it up at your nearest office.

As we told you in the article about shipments on AliExpress, in EE.UU Post processes most of the shipments received from AliExpress, unless you have a special shipping method by private courier (such as FedEx, EMS, UPS, DHL) and you can choose to distinguish them by the fact that they are more expensive but arrive faster.

How do I find out where I can pick up my order?

The notification that the postman is leaving you will indicate in which office you should pick it up, this is always the office closest to the delivery address. If you have not canceled and do not know where to go, the best thing to do is to call the customer service department of the courier company responsible. With the order tracking number, they will tell you where to go with no problem.
