One of the Shipping Methods that appear on AliExpress is China Post Air Parcel. Are you going to buy something and doubt between this or another show? Well, today we are going to see what this method is made of and our opinion on whether you should choose it for your purchases.
What is China Post?
For many years, shipments via this courier company were the most common on AliExpress. Now other shipments directly operated by AliExpress or Cainiao have managed to take China Post off the ground a bit, although we continue to find it in many items. If you still don’t know what the Cainiao Shipping Method is all about, you can check out our article on Cainiao Global.
China Post Air Parcel
“China Post Air Parcel” is one of the registered shipping options offered by China Post. With registered shipping, you can track your package via the AliExpress website or app so you know where your purchase is going at all times. China Post Air Parcel’s estimated delivery time is 52 days, but as you already know, this is only an estimated and indicative date, so you may get it in a shorter time (in which case it usually arrives much earlier).
Which option do I choose for my shipment?
“China Post Air Parcel” vs. “AliExpress Standard Shipping”
AliExpress has many registered shipping methods, although one of the most popular these days is AliExpress Standard Shipping. If the seller gives you a choice of “China Post Air Parcel” or “AliExpress Standard Shipping” (and both are free or have the same value), we recommend that you choose AliExpress Standard Shipping.
Let’s see why.
“AliExpress Standard Shipping”, the best option for your shipments
Both are cheap and usually free shipping, but while the estimated delivery time for “China Post Air Parcel” is 52 days, “AliExpress Standard Shipping” is shortened to 18 days (unless you also have a fast shipping of 10 Days what is still a much better option for us).
Is it worth choosing China Post Air Parcel if it’s free and AliExpress Standard Shipping isn’t?
If you are faced with the situation that “AliExpress Standard Shipping” costs money to ship and “China Post Air Parcel” is free, it might be a good idea (if you are in no rush for the package to arrive) You choose free shipping and stop paying for something that gets to you.
Feedback: is it a good Shipping Method?
“China Post Air Parcel” is a secure shipping method like all of AliExpress although it is no longer one of the fastest. Your seller may only offer you this as inexpensive shipping (apart from shipments with private courier services such as EMS, UPS, DHL, etc.), as the shipping method available often depends on the region of China in which the sellers are.
If so, we recommend that you choose “China Post Air Parcel” without any problems and don’t stop buying an item that you like for that very reason.
So keep track of
As mentioned earlier, “China Post Air Parcel” is a registered shipping method. This means that, unlike normal shipments, the route of which you can only follow until you leave China, you can always see where your order is going. To get the tracking number, select the order you want and hit “Tracking” (in the app) or “Locate order” (on the web). Now all you have to do is go to any of the order tracking websites that we told you about in this article to check where your order is going.
