Shein ORDER STATUS Full List

When we shop in Shein, the platform informs us of the delivery time, the company that manages the order and also offers us the tracking number.

Next, we’ll help you decipher the messages that appear in the monitor and collect some of the most common questions that aren’t in the Shein FAQ.

How to view the order tracking number

After you pay for our order, it will take 1-3 days for Shein to prepare and ship it. To see the tracking number, we access our sent orders, go to the order and click on “Tracking“. On the next screen we can check that the order shows as “shipped” and that it shows the option to “Follow up”. Clicking it opens a new window with all details and status.

How to Track your Order

We can use the platform ourselves to check where our Shein order is going. It’s the easiest and most convenient method, although you’ll need to access it every time you want to see where it goes.

Fortunately, today there are mobile applications like Parcel, Aftership, Postal Ninja, Ninja Express … that allow you to receive notifications of changes in the status of your order. Just download them to your phone and add tracking numbers from Shein and other platforms.

Sometimes it can also be interesting to follow up on the side of the company managing the shipment. But in general the Shein page is quite efficient and shows the tracking status in an up-to-date way.

We will explain to you which different states a Shein order goes through. To make it easier, we’re going to teach them in the order they appear.

Frequent doubts

As mentioned earlier, Shein has a most frequently asked questions page. You can access it from here, but there are a lot that won’t show up so let’s quickly check them out.

Why is my tracking number not showing any activity?

Most likely you have ordered with “Economy Shipping”, a shipping method without a tracking number.

If it’s a standard broadcast and it hasn’t shown any activity for several days, then you shouldn’t worry either. Many shipments take time to update their tracking status. You can also contact Shein for more information on the shipping status.

The order is taking a long time and I don’t want it anymore, what can I do?

If the delivery date has passed and your order has not yet arrived, we encourage you to write to Shein and request a refund. When it finally arrives and you want to keep the order, log back in to manage the payment again.

If it reaches you, you can also decline delivery of the post. In this way, the postman puts the package in the return state in the country of origin.

I received a customs notification, what can I do?

All orders go through customs, there is no need to be notified, most of the time the package will leave with no surcharge. If they stop it (that doesn’t mean we have to pay) they will ask us for documentation of the order.
The best thing to do is to send them the documents. If they find we need to pay, we need to speak to Shein first to see if they will refund the customs amount.

What do I do if the order appears to have been delivered but I haven’t received it?

First we recommend that you contact the transport company, sometimes the carriers deliver the parcels to neighbors or acquaintances when you are not at home. If they confirm the package was not in your name, it is best to contact Shein.

Who will deliver my order? Do i get it at home?

Shein orders are delivered by various transport companies. Usually the company managing the shipment comes along with the tracking number. You will receive your parcels at the specified address or at the packing station, if you have chosen this.

Contact Shein to answer your questions

As you can see from this comprehensive guide, you will no longer have any doubts about the shipping status of Shein’s orders. However, if you still have any doubts, we recommend that you contact the Shein Customer Service Center via chat or message.
